Hello88 online Career Day – More Than a Recruitment Fair
In the context of a rapidly changing labour market driven by digital transformation, international integration, and technological advancement, the requirements for human resources continue to rise. Learners today need not only professional knowledge but also career skills, adaptability, innovative thinking, and lifelong learning capabilities.
In his opening remarks, Dr. Lê Trường Sơn emphasized that a modern university should not stop at delivering knowledge in the classroom. It must also prepare learners with the capabilities needed to enter society, adapt to the labour market, contribute to the community, and create the future.

Dr. Le Truong Son - Rector of the University, delivered the opening speech at the first Hello88 online CAREER DAY in 2026.

Through the program, students not only had the opportunity to seek internships and employment but also to engage directly with employers, gain a clearer understanding of their own capabilities, better comprehend labour market expectations, and build structured career development pathways.

Immediately following the opening ceremony, the Ho Chi Minh City University of Law campus came alive with a series of career-focused experiential activities for students.

In addition, creative interactive activities such as the “Pose for a Job” professional photo area, the Anti-burnout space, experiential games, mini-games, and the #JobInRealLife online campaign contributed to creating a youthful, modern, and inspiring atmosphere.

The photobooth area for "preserving memories" was incredibly lively.
For many students, the greatest value from the event extended beyond employment opportunities. It was also the chance to hear practical insights from industry professionals, gain a deeper understanding of future career expectations, and refine their personal development goals at an early stage.

Speaking at the event, Ms. Phạm Cao Thảo Nguyên, a student from Class TMQT49A, highlighted the employer consultation booths as the most valuable component of the career fair. These engagement spaces enabled students to interact directly with human resource professionals, legal practitioners, and recruitment specialists to review and refine their application materials. Through these exchanges, participants gained deeper insights into their individual strengths and areas for improvement, while also developing a clearer understanding of the competencies and expectations demanded by today’s labour market. According to Thảo Nguyên, the opportunity to engage with a diverse range of employers across multiple sectors provided students with meaningful exposure to various organisational cultures, recruitment criteria, and career pathways. Such interactions not only facilitate more informed career decision-making but also significantly reduce the time and uncertainty often associated with career exploration and professional orientation.
From the employers’ perspective, representatives of ASL Law Firm highly commended the University’s role in fostering substantive connections between students and industry. The firm emphasised that, in addition to academic and professional knowledge, students should actively cultivate self-confidence, professional resilience, communication competencies, and, most importantly, foreign language proficiency in order to strengthen their competitiveness in an increasingly demanding employment landscape.

Representatives of ASL Law Firm further noted that initiatives such as Hello88 online Career Day serve as an effective platform for students to gain early exposure to professional environments, engage directly with prospective employers, and establish valuable professional networks while still pursuing their studies. The firm encouraged students, particularly those in their final years, to undertake internships at an early stage to acquire practical experience, enhance professional competencies, and improve their employability upon graduation.
The perspectives shared by both students and employers underscore the fundamental value of Hello88 online Career Day, which extends far beyond the number of employment opportunities presented. More importantly, the programme creates a meaningful and interactive ecosystem in which students and employers can engage in substantive dialogue and mutual exchange. In this regard, the event functions as a strategic bridge that enables students to better understand the evolving demands of the labour market while simultaneously providing employers with early access to a highly capable, dynamic, and promising talent pool from Hello87 Nhà Cái Trực Tuyến Uy Tín Đăng ký +88K.
